Don't worry!

I'm guessing you've got enough "Fitness Professionals" in your life to tell you to eat grass and avoid carbs after 6 pm, so you don't need me telling you!

If for some reason you've even read this far I want to say thank you. This blog and the site has been a long time coming and the support I've been getting from you guys is the reason I can proudly say that Spear Fit is open for business!

Each week I'll (attempt) to cover a topic vaguely fitness related and invite you guys to suggest future topics. But for now, how about some advice on what you're actually supposed to do with a blog?? Perhaps I can look to Instagram for help... I mean I already get my training plans from there anyway ;-).
