Okay, being serious now. You can find endless solutions to this question, everything from meal replacement shakes to "specialist personal trainers" but do they work?
Well, yeah, they do. Are they any good for you? NO! It's pretty simple logic, if you take in less energy than you burn then your weight will drop. So fad diets and "weight loss experts" do achieve what they set out to accomplish.
But ask yourself a couple of questions. Is this diet sustainable? Why does this number on the scale mean so much to me?
No it's not sustainable, you'll just make yourself hungry and miserable for a few weeks and be right back to square one again! Your weight is just a number, don't let it define you. I'm 82 kg... Does that mean I'm heavy? Skinny? Fat? WHO CARES!
Track your progress by measuring your dress size, jeans size and body fat %. Don't force yourself into a diet that you don't enjoy and start adding more resistance training into your gym routine. You'll be stronger, healthier and happier! + Carbs are awesome...
