Having the right conditioning programme is vital to improving your athletic performance. Each programme is carefully designed to enhance your sporting ability whilst remaining injury free. Everything your programme will consist of is outlined below:

Gym Equipment

7 Point Movement Assessment

This assessment identifies biomechanical limitations and asymmetries. Known as the 'Functional Movement Screening' it's used to identify exercises most beneficial to restoring proper movement and building strength in an individual.

Full Battery of Tests

Any testing done will be relevant to your sport and serves as a benchmark for progress and to further identify strengths and limitations.

Tailored Nutrition Guide

Optimal nutrition will enhance your sporting performance and your overall quality of life. The guide is fully personalised to you and is designed to work in conjunction with your training plan.

Consultation & Needs Analysis

Here we'll analyse the demands of your sport and assess your qualities and capabilities as an athlete. We'll identify strengths and limitations, establish your goals and discuss any injury history.

Personalised Training Plan

This plan will be tailored to you. It will work on your limitations, improve on your strengths and help you remain injury free. The plan will incorporate a variety of training methods suitable for your current ability level and be designed to fit your current schedule.

60 Minute Session

Included in your programme is a face to face session with myself. I generally find that the best use of this session is to demonstrate correct form for exercises within your training plan that may be unfamiliar to you. But we can use this session to work on anything you like!

Each programme has a duration of 4 weeks and will cover all your training within that time.

After this you'll have the option to re-asses and continue on to your next 4 week programme.
